Warranty and Return Policy
Reports regarding defective, missing, or damaged products must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date. Complaints or return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To request a return or exchange, please send an email to peptidesline@proton.me including your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Once we receive your email, our team will review the case and get back to you as soon as possible.
Product returns are generally not accepted. However, in the event of any issue, Peptidesline will always strive to provide the most suitable solution to ensure customer satisfaction.
After receiving the product, the customer must keep it intact and free of any additional damage, and contact our support team through the provided communication channels. Once the order has been delivered, it is assumed that the shipping carrier has fulfilled its responsibility.
